WaveEject Terms of Use
Last updated:
These Terms of Use govern your use of the WaveEject Android application and this website. WaveEject is published by Digivus. By using WaveEject, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of terms
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use WaveEject. If you use WaveEject on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Purpose of WaveEject
WaveEject is a speaker-care and audio utility. It plays controlled sound patterns intended to help move moisture around a phone speaker grille, and it provides reference audio and precision frequency tools so you can compare speaker clarity yourself.
WaveEject is not a hardware repair service, not a diagnostic laboratory, and not a replacement for professional inspection.
No hardware-repair or water-removal guarantee
- WaveEject does not repair physical water damage.
- WaveEject does not repair a mechanically damaged speaker.
- WaveEject does not guarantee that moisture will be removed.
- WaveEject does not guarantee improved audio.
- WaveEject does not diagnose or certify speaker health.
If speaker problems persist, consider professional inspection of the device.
Responsible use
You are responsible for using WaveEject in a way that is comfortable and appropriate for your device and hearing.
- Use a comfortable media volume. Maximum volume is not required.
- Disconnect headphones and Bluetooth audio before Water Eject so the pattern can reach the phone speaker.
- Keep the affected speaker unobstructed so it can move air.
- Stop playback if you hear unexpected distortion or feel discomfort.
- Do not use WaveEject in a way that disturbs others or violates local rules about sound.
Ownership and intellectual property
WaveEject, its name and marks, software, design, and content are owned by the developer and publisher operating under the Digivus name, or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse engineer WaveEject except as allowed by mandatory law or a separate written license.
WaveEject Pro
WaveEject Pro is an optional lifetime upgrade. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks Deep Clean modes, Manual Frequency, full Cleaning History, and an ad-free entitlement.
The displayed launch base price is $2.99 USD. Google Play controls the price you are actually charged, including regional pricing, currency, and applicable taxes.
Purchases are processed by Google Play. WaveEject does not process payment cards. Restore Purchases is tied to eligible Google Play ownership on the Google account that made the purchase.
Refunds, chargebacks, and Play purchase cancellations are handled according to Google Play’s applicable policies and any mandatory consumer law. WaveEject does not operate a separate payment refund desk.
Availability and changes
We may update, limit, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Platform requirements (including Android and Google Play) may also change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WaveEject is provided as a speaker-care and audio utility without a warranty that it will meet every expectation, remove moisture, or avoid all device-specific quirks. This does not exclude guarantees that cannot be limited under consumer-protection law in your country.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Digivus is not liable for hardware damage, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of WaveEject. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including where such limitation is prohibited for death, personal injury, or fraud.
